Process of Trade License Application

List of Documents Required for Trade License

1. PAN Card

PAN of the business or proprietor/partner/director.

2. Aadhaar Card

Identity proof of the business owner or applicant.

3. Business Address Proof

Electricity bill, property tax receipt, or rent agreement.

4. Site Plan/Layout

Location layout showing business premises with measurements.

5. NOC from Property Owner

If the premises is rented, a No Objection Certificate from the owner is required.

6. Certificate of Incorporation (if company)

For companies and LLPs, registration certificate must be provided.
