Process of FSSAI Registration

5. Food Safety Management Plan

Declaration or FSMS plan for hygiene and food safety in your business.

6. Additional Documents (if applicable)

Form IX, Nomination, NOC from municipality or manufacturer agreement (for distributors/resellers).
